Cancellation: You are entitled to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then you cannot cancel the order. 

Refund & Exchange:  

• We do not accept returns on any products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

• Our team will respond within 48 hours to assist you with an exchange or refund. You can reach out to us via Instagram or email to report the issue. 

• In case of a faulty product, we will initiate a refund or exchange within 48 hours of being notified. The customer must ship the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the order.
